Ozair Ali Chief Strategy Officer
Ozair is the Chief Strategy Officer at Rayn. He co-founded Alter Global, an early-stage venture capital fund that invests in emerging markets, including Pakistan. He has also had stints in development consulting with Dalberg, the State (Central) Bank of Pakistan, and the Ministry of Energy in Albania.

Tania
Tania served as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan where she put in place a framework for the country's digitization journey and started the “Digital Pakistan” movement. She also played a key role in ensuring Pakistan’s COVID-19 data-driven response strategy as part of the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC).
Tania spent over a decade at Google in the US and Singapore where she was a Director of Product Management for Next Billion Users and Payments. Tania also started Google’s business in the South Asia Frontier Markets (Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka), and led those teams as the Country Manager.
Earlier, she co-founded a healthtech startup - ClickDiagnostics - and was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Tania holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSc from Brandeis University.

Khurram
Khurram was the Head of Partnerships for Payments across the Next Billion Users (NBU) markets for Google. In addition he built out and led the Pakistan market at Google Singapore, growing it 10x in less than 5 years.
Previously, he was involved in corporate and investment banking with Habib Bank Limited, across Pakistan and China. Khurram started his career in consulting with Analysis Group, working for cases such as Microsoft’s antitrust lawsuits and the Enron bankruptcy. Khurram founded Oraan, a fintech with the mission of developing community savings products; and Parho Likho to spread his love for his mother tongue Urdu.
Khurram has an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc from Middlebury, with a focus on Economics, Mandarin and Computer Science.

Prior to founding Rayn, Mo spent two decades at Accenture, most recently as a Managing Director in their Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) group advising and consulting with global clients such as AT&T, GSMA, Telenor, StarHub, Telkom Malaysia, Google, Facebook, Grab, Gojek & Lazada. He led Accenture’s Sales & Operations in CMT ASEAN, growing it 7x in 3 years. He has worked with some of the region’s fast-growing unicorns - one merging with a US-listed SPAC, the other leading to an $18B merger to form the largest technology group in South East Asia.
Prior to Accenture, Mo was a product engineer at a large telecommunications company in the US specializing in new product enhancements for wide-area network communication analyzers. Mo holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University & has completed his Executive Education in Strategy & Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
