Maternal, Newborn & Child Health, Nutrition & Family Planning

Every mother and child counted, and cared for.

About 260,000 women died from pregnancy and childbirth in 2023, roughly one every two minutes, and almost all of those deaths were preventable with access to skilled healthcare and basic maternal services.

The Challenge

A health system can only serve the people it can see. Too often, the mothers and children most in need of care are the ones missing from its records. They go unregistered, unreferred, and unreached.

What We Do

Rayn builds the tools that bring them into view. We develop the counselling applications frontline workers use in the field, and the dashboards that move maternal and child health data from paper into real time. We also build the systems behind family planning programmes reaching communities across Punjab and Sindh. The aim is simple: give the people running these programmes an accurate, current picture of who has been reached and who still needs care.
