Non-communicable diseases now cause about three quarters of all deaths worldwide, at least 43 million lives a year, and the burden is rising fastest in low- and middle-income countries.

The Challenge

As countries bring infectious disease under control, the burden shifts to conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. These are chronic and long term, and far harder to track with systems built for outbreaks.

What We Do

Rayn helps health programmes build that tracking. We design the data pipelines, registries, and dashboards that let a health system follow patients over time, understand where the burden is concentrated, and plan services around it.
