1. Empathize
Deep user empathy is essential at the beginning of every project. We use a curated list of research methodologies customized to the needs of each project.
2. Define
We use the research we gather to pinpoint user needs, problems, and opportunities before we begin to solve them.
3. Ideate
Once we are confident that the problems we aim to solve align with the purpose of the project, we generate a multitude of ideas through design sprints.
4. Prototype
This is where the ideas begin to take shape as tangible solutions. Our prototypes focus on addressing user needs and adding a layer of joy to each experience.
5. Test
Finally, the prototype is user tested to gauge its effectiveness, and multiple iterations are made to ensure a quality experience is guaranteed to delight users.
